1. Introduction
Thank you for shopping with Bauvesta. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be granted.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required for all returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@bauvesta.com with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on where to send returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the refund is still missing, contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at returns@bauvesta.com.
7. Non-returnable Items
Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Downloadable software products
